The institution has a transparent and objective Performance Appraisal Scoring System (PASS) for faculty members based on the guidelines issued by the UGC and Higher Education. The objective of this scheme is to motivate each faculty member to perform better and superior in delivering worth education to girl students in the college. The results of this assessment will be used for the following purposes:Performance Appraisal System for Teaching Staff: The teacher’s performance is assessed by: 
1. Teaching, learning and evaluation related activities

2. Co-curricular, extension and professional
development related activities, and

3. Research publications and academic contribution-related activities
